About granulators

NINGBO Beilun Rhong Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd.has introduced tour series of granulators designed for the plastics-processing industry.
The M65 Series can be used with robot, conveyor, or hand-feed operations. The Series has a low-speed, three-knife open rotor design, with rotating end disks for low-heat granulation and reduced friction wear.

The MS Series screenless, low-speed granulator is intended for sprue and runner reclamation applications. With an adjustable feed chute providing 360[degrees] rotation for variable application and optimal diverse runner-shape and size feedings, the Series eliminates longs and minimizes dust and fines.
The MTG Series of granulators offers compact design, easy transportation, and integral soundproofing. The V-cut rotor design reduces knife wear and eliminates excessive wear on the cutting chamber sidewalls by keeping material toward the center.

* The MSH Series heavy-duty central granulators are made of completely welded, heavy steel construction. The Series eliminates contamination and is ideal for wet granulation because its oversized pillow block-type rotor bearings are mounted outside the cutting chamber in a solid steel housing.
